Holes by Louis Sachar.  Reviewed by Deepthi.

Holes is about a boy whose under a curse.  If it weren’t for the curse Stanley wouldn’t be at a boy’s detention camp where he digs holes 5 feet deep and 5 feet wide.  I would recommend this book to other kids because the book starts out as a curse and ends different than you think.  This is the best book in the world.  I like it because it has a story you can’t stop reading.

  1. Holes is about a boy named Stanley who is under a curse. His whole family blames it all on Stanley’s no-good-dirty-rotten-pig-stealing-great, great grandfather. It is true it was his fault, but maybe that happened for a good reason that may come in the future. It all starts when Stanley gets accused and convicted of a crime that he never did and who was it to blame?? Stanley had gone to a juvinial camp in Texas where he had to dig holes 5 feet deep and five feet wide. This scorching hot mind twisting blistering story may turn out to an ending like never before and never imagined.I would recommend this book to anyone, because even how smart you may be you will never figure out this story line while reading! It is the most amazing and adventurous book I have ever read. And its a book!!! I hate reading, but not now.

  2. This is the best book i have ever read in my entire life… so far well probally my HOLE life. :)
